| What if I am ordering multiple items, but I want some items shipped priority and the rest shipped by regular means? |

The best method to accomplish this is to place separate orders for groups of items that you would like to use the same shipping method for. The alternative method is to put your request in the "Order Comments" field when during the checkout process and our Parts Planners will make every effort to accomodate your request. If they have any questions about your order, they will contact you by email or phone. |
| What if I have an order that I need to have expedited? |

Next day, after hours, and weekend parts services are available for a special handling and expediting fee. Contact your Parts Planner for pricing on next day, after hours, and weekend orders. |
| What if I have special handling or shipping instruction on my order? |

| What if my order is over 150lbs or is a large sized item? |

Orders with a total weight of 150lbs or more will be shipped via truck(common freight carrier) unless another feasible method is specified.
Note: Some items may be under 150lbs and may require freight shipment due to physical size. |
| Will the actual shipping charges for my order be reflected if I have requested special shipping methods? |

No, once your Parts Planner has processed your order you will recieve an email of the updated invoice. |
