For those of you that have never visited our ASRS/AGV manufacturing facilities, we are located in Salt Lake City, Utah approximately 10 miles west of downtown Salt Lake City, a bit south of the International Airport. We are nestled in between the Great Salt Lake on the west and the Rocky Mountain range directly to the east. We invite you to stop in and visit with us whenever you are in the area.

Meet the Planners 

Who are these people? These are the voices on the other end of the phone that handle your part orders during the day and your emergency needs during the night, on weekends, and holidays. These folks carry pagers, cell phones, and laptops, and are available 24/7 365 days of the year. These are the people that somehow manage to deliver the correct part to you when all you know about it is that "it's yellow, about this big, and round." We would like to introduce you to this hardworking group that never sleeps.

Dee Chapman - Dee has over 21 years experience in the Material Handling Industry. She has an indispensable knowledge of the older ASRS and AGV systems. Dee is our human parts catalog, she has the ability to retain and recall part numbers and their details.

Pam Booth - Pam has 23 years experience in the material handling industry, there is not a task she will not meet head-on. Pam manages many of our international customers.

Jean Hadley - Jean has been with HK Systems for seven years with over five of those years as a parts planner. Jean truly enjoys her customers and answers every call with a smile. Yes, she really is smiling!
